If you need to cancel an appointment please give 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may incur a 50% charge of the treatment booked.

Cancellation Policy

When clients book an appointment they are advised that they are reserving time exclusively for their treatment. Please give at least 24hrs notice when canceling, an appointment.  Unfortunately, failure to do so could result in a 50% charge of the treatment booked.

Appointments

Please try to arrive on time for your appointments. If you are late, your treatment may be cut short.

Consultations

Before your 1st treatment, a detailed consultation will take place. This will give us insight into any areas that may need particular attention and provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions. All information is kept strictly confidential.

Contra-indications

Some medical conditions require consent (verbal or written) from your doctor before a treatment can be performed. We have the right to refuse a treatment if you have a contra-indication which may affect the treatment.

Conduct

We have the right to refuse treatment if you behave in an inappropriate way or if you are intoxicated with alcohol or drugs.
